• Drilling muds

 

Drilling muds are, like all parts of oil prospecting, an extremely technical area where the slightest variation in rheology can lead to disastrous and extremely costly consequences. The use of Coatex thinners allows the Mud Engineer to precisely control the rheology of its water based mud whether it is made with soft, saline or brine water. Our polymers will withstand high downhole temperatures as well as unexpected salt contamination.

 

• Leather

 

Our polymerization techniques led us very early to custom manufacture special polymers for the Leather Industry. The main use of these polymers are retanning chromium or vegetal tanned skins. Other specific additives have also been developed and patented for specific markets of this industry.

 

• Personal Care
