CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450
High performance polyacrylate based flow and leveling agent for the control of surface properties
Product overview
CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450 is used to improve flow and eliminate air entrapment, orange peel, pinholes, craters and other surface defects. It is an additive based on polyacrylate technology to provide excellent ageing resistance to coatings. CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450 is also used as an adhesion promoter additive with excellent performance. CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450 can furthermore successfully substitute classical defoamers within a formulation, demonstrating combined performance in terms of leveling and defoaming. CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450 is easily incorporated into formulations due to its wide compatibility in most solvents. It is recommended to incorporate CRAYVALLAC® FLOW-450 in the mill-base in order to get maximum efficiency in terms of air release properties.
