Ready to use associative acrylic thickener for water-based systems. Rheotech™ 2605 is an associative thickener providing a Newtonian to balanced rheology profile. Rheotech™ 2605 is neutralized as a 15% gel in water using ammonium hydroxide.Rheotech™ 2605 offers outstanding effectiveness in presence of various types of binders, therefore contributing to reduce thickening costs for most water based formulations. It limits the need for extreme high shear viscosity raise, to the benefit of ease and comfort of application, thanks to its superior effectiveness at medium shear rates.Rheotech™ 2605 is combining the benefits of a HASE type thickener with the flow & levelling behaviour of a polyurethane (HEUR) thickener.
